For local restaurants & cafés

Keep more of every order.

Everything your restaurant needs to grow online — without giving 18–28% of every order to a delivery network you don't control.

We're onboarding a small first cohort. No card required. No spam.

The current model

Delivery networks take a lot. You keep what's left.

18–28%

Per-order commission to DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.

$3

Average commission on a $12 order you'd otherwise chase $9 from.

0

Customer details the marketplace hands back to you.

5+

Disconnected tools most owners stitch together to make that work.

Numbers shown are industry-reported ranges. The exact figures depend on your marketplace contract — what doesn't: you pay every order, every time, and the customer isn't yours.

Why MealHop

Your current stack isn't a stack. It's seven invoices.

One subscription covers the ordering, loyalty, and marketing work you're paying five separate vendors to do badly.

What's in it

Four jobs your tools should already be doing.

Everything lives in one place — your customers, your orders, your numbers — so nothing falls between three logins.

1

Own the channel

Branded ordering on your own domain. Pickup scheduling, QR-code table ordering, Stripe-backed payments, gift cards, promo codes. Customers see your name and your prices — not a marketplace's.

Covers: Online ordering · Pickup scheduling · QR ordering · Stripe payments · Coupons & promo codes · Gift cards

2

Bring customers back

Points, tiered loyalty, customer profiles with order history. SMS, email, and push campaigns you trigger — not a marketplace that emails your customer about three competitors.

Covers: Loyalty program · Points system · Customer profiles · Order history · SMS marketing · Email marketing · Push notifications

3

Run the kitchen

A kitchen dashboard for live orders, role-based access for staff, employee management, refund handling, and inventory alerts so you stop selling the dish you ran out of at 11am.

Covers: Kitchen dashboard · Role-based access · Employee management · Refund management · Inventory alerts · Pickups

4

Know your numbers

Sales dashboards, customer insights, tax reports, review management, and multi-location rollups. You see where revenue actually comes from — by channel, by location, by customer.

Covers: Sales dashboard · Customer insights · Business analytics · Tax reports · Review management · Multi-location

Future delivery integrations are on the roadmap — not a hidden commission layer. If you'd prioritize a specific courier, tell us in the form.

FAQ

Questions we expect.

Something missing? Write it in the form's "additional comments" — we read every one.

Yes. MealHop doesn't replace your POS — it sits alongside it for online ordering, loyalty, and customer outreach. The first cohort is being onboarded alongside Square, Toast, and Lightspeed installs. Tell us your POS in the form so we can confirm.
No. Ordering happens on a web page at your own address — no app install. A mobile-first PWA is on the roadmap for restaurants that want a branded icon on the home screen, but never a requirement for the customer.
You can import a CSV of names, emails, phones, and lifetime spend during onboarding. If you don't have one — most owners don't, because the marketplace holds it — MealHop collects it from every order going forward. That's the point.
A flat monthly fee per location. No per-order commission, ever. Final numbers are posted at launch. Founding restaurants get the rate locked for the life of the account — that's the only reason to join the list now.
Yes — month to month, no contract. You own your customer list and can export it as CSV at any time. We don't believe in holding restaurants hostage to find out if the product works. Retention should be earned.
Pickup and scheduled ordering ship first. Courier integrations are on the roadmap, with one key difference: MealHop never takes a commission on the deliveries it routes. You bring your fleet, or we plug in a flat-rate one, and the margin stays yours.
